Due Diligence

Each property has its own unique considerations.  However, "due diligence" is our responsibility and at a minimum, the following information is reviewed on each property.


Ownership: Name(s) match name(s) on deed.


Confirm land/property location, description, and size.


No dilinquent property taxes.


No encumbrances and liens.


Zoning is residential.


Land/property is buildable.


Land has legal access, and land is reasonably accessable.


Land/property is free of large amounts of trash, and unsafe or unpermitted structures.
